Thank you for emailing me your choices. Please follow this LINK to see the list of gardens and the students that will be studying each garden. Below each garden name there is a link for the 11 x 17 scanned drawings from Jellicoe & Shepherd’s Italian Gardens of the Renaissance. In addition to using the scanned drawings, students should make use of the hard copy book available on course reserve at Briggs Library.

Read the assigned READING, Steenbergen, “The Garden as Architectonic Laboratory” and be prepared to discuss in class.
